We use premium materials including ethically sourced Canadian origin white duck down, windproof and waterproof membranes, and durable water-repellent (DWR) finishes to ensure maximum protection and comfort.

How long does shipping take?

Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. International orders may take 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging with tags attached. Please note that final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

How do I care for my Nobis jacket?

Most of our jackets are machine washable at home. We recommend using a front-loading washer on a gentle cycle with cool water and drying on low heat with clean tennis balls to restore loft.
